LCD MPPT Solar Regulator

The Microcare Maximum Power Point Tracker Regulator is designed to interface between the solar panel and the batteries. The tracker will always find the optimum power point of the solar panel system to ensure that maximum power is extracted from the solar panel and put into the batteries. Using this system up to 30% more power can be extracted from the solar panel than using shunt or series PWM regulators. The MPPT charge controller will deliver the highest charge current possible for a given set of operating conditions. The ability to step down a high voltage solar array to a low voltage battery can save you money by reducing the size of the wire required and making the installation simpler and faster.

LED MPPT Solar Regulator

The Microcare Maximum Power Point Tracker Regulator is designed to interface between the solar panel, the batteries and the load. The tracker will always find the optimum power point of the solar panel system to ensure that maximum power is extracted from the solar panel and put into the batteries. Using this system up to 30% more power can be extracted from the solar panel than using shunt or series PWM regulators.

The Microcare MPPT Regulator is also able to charge batteries of a lower voltage than the solar panel. By means of LED it will show the status of the system. It also incorporates various charge modes which will automatically increase the charge level to the batteries when first starting up or if the battery voltage falls below the minimum volts.

The Programmable Relay Interface can be used as a Load shed controller, Day night switch, Generator controller or to facilitate our Solar Assist Function where the MPPT decides (based on user selectable conditions) when to power the LOAD / House using Solar / Wind power and when to power the LOAD / House via an external supply (like Eskom or a backup generator).

Breakerless LV Combiner & Surge Protection Unit

The Microcare Breakerless Low Voltage Combiner & Surge Protection Unit is a critical component of any PV Solar installation providing functions such as safety and surge protection for your system. With fusing and short circuit protection the PV modules and components can operate optimally with lightning protection included. Combining multiple series strings from the PV modules the unit allows for a single parallel connection to the MPPT charge controller.
